Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased on the official ManCore website may be returned or exchanged within 100 days of delivery, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Items purchased through one of our retail partners can only be returned or exchanged at the store where they were originally purchased. We are unable to process these returns through our online portal.
Order Cancellation & Processing Time
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. After this window, or once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you are of course free to return it under the conditions below. We process and dispatch orders within [1–2] business days. As a customer in Denmark and the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order. Our 100-day return policy extends well beyond this legal minimum.
Free Returns (NL, DK & EU)
Returns and exchanges are free of charge within the Netherlands, Denmark, and other selected EU countries. You can create your return label through our online return portal.
Who Pays for Returns
For returns and exchanges within our free-return countries (including Denmark), ManCore covers the cost of return shipping. Simply use the prepaid label from our portal. For returns sent from outside these countries, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In line with EU consumer law, we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value if an item has been handled more than necessary to check its fit and condition.

Exchanges — A Few Tips Thinking about exchanging for a larger size? Our jeans are designed to have a slightly fitted feel at first, similar to a new pair of premium denim. Give them a little time; within an hour of wearing, the fabric molds to your body for the intended fit.
Need your new size quickly? The fastest way to get the product you want is to place a new order immediately and return your current item through our portal. This ensures quicker delivery and increases the chance your size is still in stock.
Desired size unavailable? Contact our customer service team and we'll gladly inform you when your size will be restocked.
